Welcome to the Coronado Cays


In 1969 Signal Landmark Development Company had a vision..that of a marinaesque community to be developed approximately 4 miles south of the Hotel Del Coronado, adjacent to the Silver Strand State Beach.  This eclectic collection of homes is known as the Coronado Cays. This is the only community south of Newport Beach to possess this unique feature.
      The "Cays," affectionately referred to by the locals, is comprised of numerous inlets and peninsulas each designed with a character all its own, reflecting the architecture and atmosphere of Caribbean vacation spots. Listen carefully and you might just be able to hear Blackbeard calling "Ships ahoy maties!" There are 10 villages located within the Cays:
